Out-of-Town Patients
Some of Dr. Payne’s clients come from outside Modesto — from other areas of California and the United States, Latin America, Asia, Europe, Australia and other countries. Some are repeat clients who are willing to travel long distances because of their regard for Dr. Payne as a surgeon and for the quality and personalized care they know they will receive at the Pueblo Nuevo Surgery Center.
Our Surgery Center offers a number of services to out-of-town clients to make their plastic surgery experience convenient and comfortable. Our staff can recommend nearby hotels and restaurants, provide maps of the area with directions to various locations, and help with recommendations for airports and airlines.
We can also arrange for qualified caregivers to stay with clients for a specified length of time. The caregivers supervise all of the detailed postoperative instructions, help with meals and transportation, and are on-site with the client 24 hours a day until the client is ready to go home or can be cared for by a family member or friend. Such services do add extra expense, but for many clients the extra help is invaluable.
After all procedures, Dr. Payne calls the client and caregiver the evening of surgery and the next morning. He and his staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dr. Payne has admitting privileges at two excellent nearby hospitals, and he frequently sees clients in his office on Saturdays and Sundays.
