Laser & Skin Care Client Reward Plan

1. Each surgery patient will receive a 10% reward based on the total value of their surgery cost. For example, a $5000 operation will yield a $500 value of reward points. Each point will be worth $10 hence a 50 point reward.

2. These points may be redeemed for future surgical services and future laser and skin care purchases according to the policies that we set for each particular future purchase.
